Refund policy

At Mandy, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our smart projectors. Please read our Non-Refund & Return Policy below:

1. Easy Returns (Factory Errors Only)

   • We accept returns only for issues related to factory errors or manufacturing defects.

   • In such cases, we will provide a free exchange at no extra cost to you.

2. Refunds

   • Refunds are allowed but will attract a 25% deduction of the total order value as a repacking and restocking fee. Your reasons for the refund must be very tangible. Not all reasons will qualify.

   • Refund requests not related to factory errors (e.g., change of mind, wrong order by customer) must comply with this policy.

3. Product Return & Inspection

   • All returned items must be sent back to one of our designated inspection centers in Lagos, Abuja, or Enugu.

   • Once received, products will undergo a 48-hour inspection to confirm they are in good condition, unused, and free from damage.

4. Eligibility

   • Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection.

   • If an item is found damaged, altered, or not in its original state, no refund will be issued.

5. Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refunds.

   • For exchanges due to factory errors, Mandy covers all shipping expenses.

6. Final Decision

   • Mandy reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return requests after inspection.
